Your financial life is complex, as a result, you have assembled a team of advisors to provide you with guidance and direction. Over time, your accountant, legal, investment and insurance advisors have all provided important actionable pieces of information that have often proved valuable.
Retirement, Exit or Succession planning can be complex and stressful. The benefits of getting it right are significant; it will minimize risk, save taxes, improve retirement security, and can also enhance family harmony and peace of mind.
Sometimes pieces of advice you receive from advisors of different disciplines, conflict. Sometimes you wonder how one advisor’s recommendations will integrate with another’s. Sometimes advice you receive may not be objective and unbiased, or perhaps it could be more pro-active.
The missing piece is a financial advisor, with professional designations, who provides objective, unbiased and written advice (fiduciary CFP). An advisor who works only for you, and has a clear understanding of your perspective, and your goals and timelines.
An advisor who can help you compare options, offer alternatives, and test how individual pieces of advice might fit into an Exit, Retirement or Succession strategy, prior to implementation. A strategy that you clearly understand, that achieves your goals, and saves money, time, and taxes.

Our role in a financial planning engagement is to co-ordinate, interpret and support advisory streams clients typically receive from their accounting, insurance, legal and investment professionals. We function as fiduciary intermediaries and offer objective and unbiased perspective. We also assist families with challenging financial and business conversations and in estate planning decisions. When appropriate, we offer additional or alternative recommendations and provide a unique reporting platform that clients are encouraged to review with their existing advisors. We do not sell investment or insurance products or implement accounting strategies, legal processes, or business re-structuring recommendations.
I grew up on a family farm and have more than 25 years of experience as a financial advisor, having provided advice as a senior advisor to executive teams, incorporated professionals, business owners and farmers.
Over time, I've built a unique, advice only, holistic planning process that ingrates the technical challenges of transition planning, with personal goals and family dynamics.
I provide objective unbiased advice (fiduciary CFP), and do not sell investment or insurance products or accounting services. I work for you and your interests alone, on a fee for service basis, to build a transition plan that is transparent and easy to understand, yet will bear the full technical scrutiny of your accounting, insurance and investment professionals.
